New Year, New 'Tude

Today was it- the first of many days I will be working in my classroom for the 2014-2015 SY.  It's always bittersweet working in my class to prep before school starts.  It's a battle between wanting to spend time outside relishing in my summer freedom -VS- getting a head start to maximize the time I can reflectively work in my room without being pressured.  Today the room won.  I really want to dedicate this year to devoting time to documenting my practice and self-reflection.  It begins today.
